DESCRIPTION:
SNEAK-A-PEAK is an Adobe FLASH Desktop application. This application will run on your computer and will periodically check the current snow conditions at Greek Peak using your internet connection. If "New Snow" is reported at Greek Peak, this application will automatically notify you with a popup alert and will give you current up to date trail and ski conditions. SNEAK-A-PEAK will also provide a current snapshot directly from the Greek Peak Webcam and the current weather conditions at Greek Peak. 

SNEAK-A-PEAK is easy to install. Just read through the license agreement below and ACCEPT the terms to install SNEAK-A-PEAK.

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE. BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU ARE ACCESSING THE SOFTWARE ELECTRONICALLY, SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE BY CLICKING THE "AGREE/ACCEPT" BUTTON. Peak Resorts Inc. AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE OR ANY THIRD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING OR DISTRIBUTING THIS APPLICATION. IN NO EVENT WILL Peak Resorts Inc. OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF Peak Resorts Inc. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LICENSEE ACCEPTS "SNEAK-A-PEAK Software "AS IS" "WITH ALL FAULTS", Peak Resorts Inc. accepts no responsibility for the operation or performance of the SNEAK-A-PEAK Software. The entire risk of use and consequences of use of SNEAK-A-PEAK Software falls completely on the Licensee and Peak Resorts Inc. or its susidiaries shall not be liable in any respect for any claims loss or injury alleged to have resulted from use of or in reliance on SNEAK-A-PEAK Software. Licensee acknowledges that it has read the foregoing disclaimers of warranty and limitation of liability and understands that Licensee assumes the entire risk of using SNEAK-A-PEAK Software.
